Sales and service are equally important. A 5-Star customer service attitude, a love of people and a drive to set and meet personal sales goals, prospect for new clients, and continuously work to grow our client base is a must.

Weight Loss Consultant Duties:

• Service active clients weekly by providing support, education, accountability and motivation through food and menu suggestions and beneficial habit changes to promote weight loss and weight management.
• Meet with and enroll new clients on our medical weight loss program(s).
• Perform daily outreach to prospects and clients in the form of phone calls, texts, and emails to motivate to enroll, provide follow-up and encouragement on their weight loss journey. We contact every client every week!
• Sales ability is required. Areas of sales include medical weight loss programs, high nutrient supplements, vitamins, and herbs.
• Problem-solve weight loss concerns with clients through investigation, curiosity and asking open-ended questions to isolate the concern; develop solutions with the client; effectively communicate a doable plan and document the session.
• General office duties - filing charts, point-of-sale, inventory management, opening and closing center duties, etc.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending organization training(s), educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years sales experience with proven track record of success (in related field is a plus)
• Customer service experience. Minimum 3+ years.
• You will work some evenings until 6 pm, and some Saturdays until 1 pm. No Sundays! No Holidays!
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to consistently meet and exceed sales and service goals
• Competitive drive for results, we are looking for ACHIEVERS ONLY!
• Reliant, reliable, and dependable work ethics are required.
• Ability to work effectively in a self-driven environment
• Moderate computer knowledge and ability to use email, texting applications and social media are necessary.

Will consider persuasive, health-minded individuals with exceptional people and communication skills with less sales experience. Must have a strong track record of previous employment history.
