Autism Learning Partners is a full-service provider that specializes in the treatment of autism and other developmental disabilities. Currently we are searching for a Physician Liaison to support regions in OR, CA, and CO.
The Basics of this opportunity:
Base Salary: $55,000 - $64,000 per year with the possibility of higher salary access based on experience
Bonus Potential

Job Location(s): Based in Portland, OR, with travel to Denver, CO, Turlock, CA, Stockton, CA, and Sacramento, CA

The Physician Liaison reports to the Vice President of New Market Development and collaborates with the Marketing Department, Intake Department, and the region's Executive Director and Clinical Director to drive business growth, brand recognition, and develop and maintain business relationships.
*This position cannot be performed 100% remotely. To be considered for this position you must be able to travel throughout our regions in Portland and Eugene, OR in-person regularly as well as traveling periodically to our markets in Denver and Broomfield, CO and our markets in Stockton, Turlock, and Sacramento, CA.

Essential Job Functions
- Spend 3-4 days per week in the field/on the road cultivating referrals with Pediatric offices within the regions this position supports (Portland, Eugene in-person regularly and Denver, Broomfield, CO and Sacramento, Stockton, and Turlock, CA via remote/periodic travel).
- Execute growth strategies and plans to increase lead generation in key clinical areas
- Create, foster, and enhance relationships with targeted physicians/practice referral sources through consistent, strategic field call networking
- Assist with direct communication with physicians/practice to ensure patient onboarding efficiency and timeliness
- Coordinate marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Meet face-to-face with key referral physicians and other identified target audience to educate them on services/ client care, referral, and intake process
- Utilize Salesforce to update inbound leads, track events, and physician referrals
- Utilize Central Reach to track current clients
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills and Abilities
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel between our territories in Oregon, Colorado, and Northern California
- Attention to detail
- Solution-oriented problem solving
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with a customer relationship management system (CRM) preferred
- Professional letter writing and editing skills
Education, Licenses, and Certifications
- Bachelors degree in business or healthcare administration, management, public relations, or a related field
Experience
- 2 + years of recent healthcare sales experience/community outreach and/or healthcare in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
- Pediatric experience highly preferred
