Responsibilities and Duties

This is a position in our Sales Department and is ideal for driven, self-motivated, competitive individual with any combination of sales, corporate or hospitality experience. This role is in-office with 80% to 90% of the time spent on the phone with prospective buyers and sellers.

  • Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads.
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and follow up skills to schedule and coordinate appointments.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM.
  • Build rapport, nurture, and cultivate relationships by providing white glove customer service to current, repeat, and future clients.
  • Actively engage with other industry and community business professionals.

Requirements

  • Willing and able to obtain a real estate license. (You do not need real estate experience to apply!)
  • 1-4 years of experience in the corporate world in a sales position or in a role with exposure to contract negotiations or managing vendor relationships. OR 2-5 years of experience in the services sector (restaurants, high-end retail, etc.).
  • Exceptional communicator, able to adapt your communication style to meet your clients needs.
  • Team oriented, learning based, possessing grit and the will to succeed.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales or of achieving personal goals.
  • Willing to work evenings and weekends (as a part of a regular 40-hour work week schedule)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
