Full description of the position

Purpose:

Lead the branch through sales and coordination to increase branch sales and profitability.

Sales - Landscape Maintenance & Installation Contracts

oversees all interaction with the customer and keeps them informed as to all aspects of the installation/maintenance process.

makes the initial contact with the client, prepares and presents the bid documents, completes the sale.

Project Management

Coordinate with company Production manager, accounting personnel, and interface with subcontractors and vendors as required throughout the installation/maintenance process.

Conducting the final walk-through with the client, resolving any issues to the satisfaction of the client.

Coordinate the installation schedule with production and assess employee needs.

Administrative

Ensures that all safety procedures are followed and corrects any unsafe conditions.

Evaluates equipment utilization and makes recommendations for future purchases.

Ensures that vendor invoice pricing is accurate and as bid.

Ensures that job cost reports are properly analyzed and disseminated.

Maintains Bid Board and tracks sales process.

Prepares the Monthly reports and submits it to GM or owner.

Assists with hiring and management of personnel.

Miscellaneous

Make recommendations to improve estimating and project administration systems.

Become proficient in the companys estimating software and use of CRM system.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of Green Industry experience in a management role.

Valid driver license (insurable by the company)

Excellent computer skills including proficiency with design software (i.e. AutoCAD)

Landscape design experience.
