Compensation: $23.00 hourly

Location: Full-time (On-site) Hillsboro, Oregon

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8am-5pm) with opportunity for overtime.

What the Role Requires

Attend weekly leadership meetings to further develop your career path.

Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand their goals and strategize recruitment plans.

Lead the full candidate lifecycle, from initial phone screenings to seamless onboarding.

Create compelling job postings that describe the position and reflect the company values.

Utilize online platforms such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn to manage high-volume candidate flow.

Conduct thorough phone screenings to ensure alignment between candidate expectations and job requirements.

Collaborate with teammates to consistently achieve record-breaking hiring results.
