Are you passionate about powersports and providing exceptional customer service? BTO Sports, a leading motorcycle e-commerce company specializing in gear, parts, and accessories, is seeking an Ecommerce Store Sales Specialist. The E-commerce Store Specialist drives and supports sales efforts on BTO Sports Ebay & Amazon online platforms. This position will thoroughly examine products to determine the correct condition, manufacturer, and other pertinent criteria, write concise and accurate descriptions necessary to list items on the best online platform available to maximize sales. The E-commerce Store Specialist will interact with customers online to provide service with all orders, questions, and support. The E-commerce Store Specialist will process all orders via the Business Central platform.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Maintain and streamline the evaluation process of all products to be listed on Ebay & Amazon platforms.
• Create drafts, list, and maintain store inventory on Ebay & Amazon platforms.
• Ability to meet daily listing goals.
• Use computers, mobile devices, books and online sources to research value.
• Evaluate, research, prep, and price products.
• Fill in at another E-Commerce site as needed.
• Process E-commerce orders on Ebay & Amazon platforms. Process Ebay & Amazon orders on Business Central point of sale platform
• Focus on quality control procedures to ensure that every item is described correctly.
• Describe and title product accurately with keywords.
• Maintain standard operating procedures.
• Research items, accurately portray, weigh, measure, using disclaimers and assign shipping and handling charges appropriately.
• Fully and accurately write all product descriptions and attributes (including damages).
• Responsible for pulling items for listing, pulling items for sales orders, packing and shipping Ebay & Amazon sales orders. Facilitate shipment of sold items, process shipping labels on Ecommerce platforms.
• Identifying and preparing items for photography.
• Perform other job duties as required.
• Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and in person, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in navigating our website, locating products, and placing orders.
• Email customers their tracking number, only when orders are scheduled to get shipped out from a different warehouse location.
• Collaborate with sales and shipping departments to resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.
• Strive to provide outstanding service to customers.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a Ecommerce Ebay & Amazon store platform, and customer service role is preferred.
• Familiarity with dirt bike and motorcycle gear, parts, and accessories is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging customer situations with tact and professionalism.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
