Kohlfeld Distributing is seeking a highly motivated territory manager for Jefferson, Washington, and St. Francois counties.

GENERAL GOALS

• Increase profitability by growing product placement in market.
• Holding team members accountable in a courteous and professional manner.
• Ensure all accounts receive stellar customer service.
• Assist salesman due to a growing portfolio and account base in market.
• Make sales and delivery routes as efficient as possible.

SALESMAN TEAM LEAD

• Lead team in meeting sales goals and communicating areas of improvement.
• Schedule frequent meetings with key accounts in market to promote products and address customer concerns.
• Ensure promotional signage and point of sale is readily available for your team and staged correctly.
• Accompany team on their routes to maintain customer relations in your market.
• Covering teams' sales routes when needed.
• Conducting quarterly performance evaluations.
• Seek ways to streamline sales and delivery routes.

DRIVERS & MERCHANDISERS

• Ensure drivers are performing in a professional and friendly manner and product is stocked correctly.
• Assist fleet manager with quarterly evaluations of drivers.
• Ensure merchandisers are stocking and marketing products correctly.
• Assist in managing the time and needs of merchandising.
