Position Overview:
As our Inside Sales Coordinator, you'll be instrumental in steering our sales and marketing endeavors, spearheading cold call outreach initiatives while also harnessing the potential of inbound sales leads. From delving deep into our service portfolio to orchestrating impactful sales strategies, you'll be pivotal in propelling us to new horizons. Responsibilities:
- Immerse yourself in our service offerings to adeptly guide prospects and clients towards tailored solutions
- Take charge of inbound client inquiries through phone and email channels, employing a proactive sales demeanor
- Craft compelling sales scripts, cadences, and email content to enrich client interactions and bolster retention
- Initiate and cultivate new sales opportunities via strategic cold call outreach and diligent follow-up on leads
- Optimize and nurture the inside sales funnel within Salesforce, consistently meeting set KPIs
- Regularly audit sales data in Salesforce to ensure precision and adherence to standards
- Generate and disseminate Salesforce reports on a routine basis
- Collaborate in the creation of impactful presentations tailored for managers and stakeholders
- Drive lead generation efforts encompassing industry events and data aggregation
- Foster close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to propel sales initiatives forward
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred, with a strong background in customer service considered a significant asset
- Adeptness at thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous work environment with minimal supervision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and superb organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales and marketing platforms
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively within a collaborative team setting
- Technologically savvy, with a penchant for swiftly mastering new software and databases
- Solid internet research skills coupled with strong clerical capabilities
Details:
- Hourly position inclusive of medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits
- Compensation range: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Monday through Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
