In-Home Restoration Sales Representative

Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a background in service industry-based sales, hospitality, or restaurant sales? Are you ready to bring your skills to a fast-paced, 24/7 environment? Operating in Livonia, MI, and surrounding areas, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an In-Home Restoration Sales Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have In-Home sales experience and a knack for upselling!

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Leverage your exceptional customer service skills to engage with clients and build strong relationships. The ability to connect with people and provide empathetic support is crucial in this role.

Sales Expertise: Utilize your sales experience in the hospitality or service industry to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Your ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions will be vital in driving revenue growth.

Project Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from initial client contact to project completion. Ensure seamless coordination with our water restoration team to deliver high-quality service and exceed client expectations.

Communication Skills: Clearly communicate restoration solutions, project timelines, and cost estimates to clients. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential in providing excellent service and managing client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in plumbing, restoration and/or service industry sales.
• IICRC Certification a PLUS.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Knowledge of water restoration and mitigation processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
