Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and competitor offerings
- Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure vehicles are properly displayed
- Utilize effective sales techniques, such as cold calling and networking, to generate leads and attract potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, including test drives, negotiations, and vehicle delivery
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Requirements:
- Prior Automotive Experience
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish is plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $69,773.36 - $150,000.00 per year
