Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and entrepreneurial individuals to become Farmers Insurance Agency Owners. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build your own insurance agency from the ground up, leveraging the strength and resources of the Farmers brand. Responsibilities:
-Establish and manage your own Farmers Insurance agency, including recruiting and hiring staff as needed
-Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
-Customize insurance solutions to meet the diverse needs of individual and business customers
-Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty
-Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients
-Represent Farmers Insurance in the local community through networking events, sponsorships, and other outreach efforts

Qualifications:
-Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive market
-Management experience
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Sales and customer service experience
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Must be willing to obtain insurance licensing (training provided)
-Financial stability and willingness to invest in your business

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
