Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Sales to join our team. As the Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic sales plans. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.
Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify emerging opportunities
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably as a Vice President of Sales or similar position
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, account management, and business development
- Technical sales experience, particularly in technology-related industries, is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing sales processes
- Proficiency in using Major 3 brand PMS, Systems and Portals. Marriott, Hilton and IHG.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- 5 years + of Management level Hospitality Experience is mandatory

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
