Requirements

Inspect roofs and exteriors for storm damage

Develop and maintain relationships with customers.

Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.

Keep up-to-date with product information and changes in the industry.

Provide customer service support.

Documenting general roofing components, defects, and storm damage related findings on the property.

Participate in proactive live lead generation by engaging in door-knocking and seeking referrals.

Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

1099 contract

Commission only: 8% - 14% of contracted price
