Full description of the position

Are you a top auto sales performer looking to advance your career? Maybe you're a sales manager at a current store, but not satisfied with management and you're looking for better opportunities? We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic results-driven manager who is a LEADER, who can create excitement and urgency with both the sales consultants AND customers. You're someone that doesn't just sit behind a desk, you're proactive in assisting the salespeople with deals, being involved early in the deal. If you're passionate about auto sales, possess excellent leadership skills and character, we want to hear from you!

```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support
- Set sales targets and track progress towards meeting them
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and maximize sales effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

- Strong knowledge of sales principles and techniques
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Proficient in using CRM software to track sales activities and performance

- Ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively
