Centurion Data Systems, an established leader in MSP (Managed Service Provider) technology consulting, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional specializing in Lead generation, Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of proven success in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing with a strong focus on technology products and services.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
- Personality: Outgoing personality with a relentless drive to establish and cultivate new connections.
- Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Industry Experience: Demonstrable work history in an IT Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and/or IT consulting role.
- Sales Track Record: Proven track record of lead generation and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled problem solver with a knack for devising creative approaches to engage with hard-to-reach buyers.
- Sales Tools: Highly familiar with sales automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Technical Acumen: Capable of connecting with buyers authentically by demonstrating a blend of technical and business acumen, instilling confidence and authority in discussions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
