Centurion Data Systems, an established leader in MSP (Managed Service Provider) technology consulting, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing professional specializing in Lead generation, Sales and Marketing to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years of proven success in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing with a strong focus on technology products and services.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong relationships.
• Personality: Outgoing personality with a relentless drive to establish and cultivate new connections.
• Independence: Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Industry Experience: Demonstrable work history in an IT Managed Services, Cybersecurity, and/or IT consulting role.
• Sales Track Record: Proven track record of lead generation and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled problem solver with a knack for devising creative approaches to engage with hard-to-reach buyers.
• Sales Tools: Highly familiar with sales automation tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Technical Acumen: Capable of connecting with buyers authentically by demonstrating a blend of technical and business acumen, instilling confidence and authority in discussions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, and relationship-building efforts.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Cultivate strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning our solutions to meet their objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
• Utilize sales automation tools effectively to streamline processes, track progress, and optimize performance.
