About the role

We are actively searching for an experienced, mechanically inclined individual to join our dedicated Aftermarket Sales Team. The ideal candidate will gain an immense amount of knowledge, by interactions with customers via email and phone. Selling a variety of components such as Gearmotors, Cylinders, Chain, Sprockets and Valves to support our customers, and technicians in the field.

Responsibilities

Communicating with a variety of customers to provide quotes and/or take orders

Creating Sales Orders for customer Purchase Orders sent over

Looking up Parts in system based on customer descriptions of items

Interface with other departments to accomplish the necessary tasks

Communicate professionally both verbally and in writing

Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

Maintain a clean work area as required

Apply to all applicable safety requirements that comply with regulatory agencies

Be flexible, dependable, and time conscious and able to multi-task

Candidate requirements

High School diploma or GED

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Quote Customers, Take Orders, Process Back Orders

Work with Purchasing when items need to be ordered to fulfil customer orders

Work with Shipping and Receiving to process orders to be picked and shipped

Follow orders from start to finish to ensure customer satisfaction

Minimum of 3-year Sales experience

Mechanical knowledge is a PLUS

Knowledge of SAGE Accounting software is a PLUS
