ABOUT THE POSITION

Pohanka Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Internet Sales Manager to grow and lead our booming internet sales department. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a proven ability to train and motivate a team who thrives in a fast-paced and professional workplace.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Send and reply to emails

• Sell and purchase vehicles

• Internet traffic management and lead distribution

• Basic product knowledge

• Building customer relationships

• Attend manager meetings

• Daily reporting

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior sales experience

• Prior leadership experience

• Drive to meet, and exceed, sales quotas and goals

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and dealership personnel

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially phone and email

• Commitment to ensuring high customer satisfaction

• Bi-lingual a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
