San Leandro Mazda is hiring experienced automotive sales for an Internet Manager position.

The Harvey Auto Group is family-owned and operated. We have been in the Automotive Business for over 40 years and have grown to 7 Dealerships in the East Bay and Tracy.

Requirements:

• Vehicle sales (minimum 1 year automotive sales experience)
• Valid CA driver's license
• Valid CA sales license
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and demeanor
• Strong listening and verbal communication skills
• Strong focus and desire to achieve sales goals

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, (phone, email, text, or in person)
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their needs
• Check email frequently and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Effectively communicate and work with co-workers
• Describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase.
• Perform knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Learn to overcome objections, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process per company standards.
• Stay current on all required HR and Mazda Products training.

The Internet Sales Position has a Pay Scale comprising the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Monthly Compensation of between $4,200 - $14,000. The position may also pay commission compensation of up to 30% of the front-end gross and 5 % of the finance gross.
