Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues
- Analyze clients' insurance coverage and recommend appropriate policies or changes
- Conduct policy reviews to identify potential gaps in coverage and offer solutions
- Collaborate with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently

Experience:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of different types of insurance policies and coverage options
- Familiarity with benefits administration and claims processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is an advantage
