About us
CAS, established in 1976, specializes in the management of condo association, townhome, and homeowner associations in the Triangle, Triad, Southport, and Sandhills regions of North Carolina. CAS has been awarded the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) by the Community Associations Institute. This accreditation is the only national recognition awarded to HOA management companies.
We are looking for an experienced and organized Homeowners Association (HOA) Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the HOA, including managing budgets, enforcing rules and regulations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and responding to homeowner inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HOA management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce the rules and regulations of the Homeowners Association.
- Oversee building and ground cleanliness of all HOA facilities.
- Primary point of contact to Board, Homeowner, Vendor, and back-office operations.
- Communicate with homeowners/residents regarding any violations of the rules.
- Maintain records of all financial transactions and prepare financial reports for the Board of Directors.
- Handle complaints from homeowners/residents in a timely manner.
- Organize meetings and attend board meetings and community events as needed.
- Monitor delinquency rates as well as review monthly financial reports.
- Maintain community databases and ensure owner/resident information is up to date.
- Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with state and local laws.
Certifications: CMCA, PCAM, or AMS preferred
Written & Verbal Communication Skills are extremely important in this role.
