Position: Area Sales Manager

• Gain a strong foundation in client service principles and cultivate a positive team culture.
• Develop skills in consumer engagement, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
• Acquire knowledge of retail and client business essentials.
• Plan and manage department workloads on a monthly and quarterly basis to support business objectives while leading a team to achieve service and sales goals.
• Oversee hourly team members and leaders, while devising business strategies and objectives.
• Utilize your recruiting, selection, and talent management skills to build and lead a high-performing team.
