Full description of the position

Our client, Chang Chun Group is one of the largest chemical producers in Taiwan. Chang Chun Chemical Corporation (CCCC) is the US branch office owned by Chang Chun Group which is responsible for sales and distribution in the North America market. CCCC is seeking suitably qualified candidates for the Sales Administrative Assistant position to join our team.

What will I be doing?

The Sales Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to our U.S. sales teams. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using Microsoft Excel. Although, it is desirable to be bilingual in Mandarin and English, it is not required. This position is 100% on site, will not require travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing and issuing purchase orders from clients, processing invoices, and other sales related administrative tasks.
  • Generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Interacting with external and internal customers, answering questions and providing solutions.
  • Communicating with and advising the sales team as directed by management.
  • Answering phone calls and responding to sales emails, and client requests.
  • Handling customers inquiries and providing them with excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining files and records.
  • Managing stock inventory.
  • Communicating and interacting with Headquarters located in Taipei for order processing and shipment arrangements.

What skills are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 1+ year of administrative assistant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be organized and detail oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal.
  • An understanding of shipping terms is helpful.
  • Experience in SAP or ERP system is a plus.
  • CRM-related experience is a plus.
  • Mandarin Chinese fluency is highly desirable.

Required Education?

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Location?

100% on site in Wexford, PA.
