Position Overview: We are actively seeking motivated and talented Commercial Real Estate Mentor with +*_5 Years of experience*_ to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our commercial division by providing dedicated mentorship and guidance to our agents. You will be instrumental in helping them develop their skills, expand their knowledge base, and achieve their professional goals and compensation will be a percentage of each deal that you help shepherd through!

Key Responsibilities:

• Empower and develop our commercial agents by providing personalized mentorship, guidance, and training to help our agents grow their skills and knowledge base in commercial real estate.
• Offer strategic support and problem-solving. You will assist agents in navigating challenges, developing winning strategies, and achieving their business goals.
• Stay current with industry trends: Continuously learn and share the latest market insights and industry best practices with your mentees.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive environment: Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where agents feel comfortable asking questions and learning from each other.
• Collaborate with the LoKation team to leverage resources and support.

Qualifications:

• Active real estate license.
• Proven experience in commercial real estate.
• A passion for mentoring and helping others achieve their goals
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for success.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets.
• Proven track record of success in the industry
