Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Sales professional to join our team. As a Residential Sales representative, you will be responsible for selling residential properties to potential buyers. Your goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, negotiate favorable deals, and ensure a smooth transaction process. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and stay updated on current real estate trends - Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, networking, and marketing campaigns - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Show residential properties to potential buyers and provide detailed information about the features and benefits - Assist clients in making informed decisions by providing accurate market analysis and property comparisons - Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers - Coordinate with other professionals such as appraisers, inspectors, and lenders to facilitate the closing process - Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities Requirements: - Proven experience in residential sales or a related field - Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Bilingual proficiency in [languages] - Familiarity with real estate law and regulations - Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Multilingual skills are a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and real estate, we would love to hear from you.
