```Overview```

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts to meet and exceed company targets. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our organization. Moran Automotive has five locations including new and used Chevrolet, Buick, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram to supply commercial vehicles spread throughout southeast Michigan. Your main location Moran Chevrolet in Clinton Township is one of the highest volume Chevy dealers in the country with a very large database of customers.

```Responsibilities```

- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and acquire new commercial customers

- Develop a team of commercial automotive sales associates and train our existing salesforce on how to handle small business customers

- Identify business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize sales potential

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Collaborate with internal management teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

- Utilize Oplogic or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer accounts

- Attend trade showsto build a new and existing clients

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably in a commercial sales environment

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively

- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets

- Excellent account management skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing value-added solutions

- Proficiency in Reynolds or other DMS software is preferred

Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
