Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive banquet and event revenue growth
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events, including catering, decor, and audiovisual requirements
• Collaborate with marketing team to promote banquet services and generate leads
• Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing to clients
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth
• Oversee banquet team and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in banquet or event sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
