Are you ready to lead impactful restoration projects in the aftermath of property disasters? Join our client as a Regional Project Director and play a crucial role in managing estimates and overseeing the reconstruction of commercial properties following events such as fires, floods, hurricanes, and more.

What Youll Do:

• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, and management to manage reconstruction projects after property damage events.
• Negotiate and settle insurance claims, writing scopes of work for various property damage events.
• Produce complete and accurate estimates, including subcontractor solicitation and accurate pricing.
• Review completed files for profitability and accuracy, submitting estimates in a timely manner.
• Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants, and others.
• Establish and maintain client relationships, developing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Attend all appropriate company meetings and perform additional duties as needed.

What You Need:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years outside sales experience, preferably in B2B settings.
• Experience engaging with people across diverse backgrounds and levels.
• A passion for networking and building connections quickly to drive consensus for deals.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to overcome objections and achieve sales targets.
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills required.
• Xactimate knowledge and experience is a must.
