Since 2008, we have been one of the top e-commerce companies, for premium deck and stair railing kits, that services and ships across the United States. We have a dedicated group of employees who help our customers design and purchase our deck railing system to be used for both residential and commercial applications.

We are looking for a salesperson with strong computer, phone, and customer service skills. The position involves responding to phone and email inquiries, creating estimates for materials, and processing new orders. There is no cold-calling involved.

UNCAPPED COMMISSION: Commission implemented after 60 days of training.

Skills desired:

• Comfortable answering and talking on the phone, discussing projects, taking messages and making phone sales.
• Proficient with computers and ability to learn new software.
• Experience with using CRM software a plus.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to fine details.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Always maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Requirements:

• Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Microsoft Office knowledge highly recommended! (Excel, Word & Outlook)
• QuickBooks and NetSuite knowledge a plus.
• Strong math skills and ability to read measurements.
• Customer service oriented with ability to communicate well with customers through phone, email and in person.
• Able to respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints while staying calm and professional.
• Keeping records of customer interactions.
• Communicating with colleagues as necessary.
• Willing to change and adapt to the companys needs as we grow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
