### Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and driving revenue growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong sales management skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a team of sales professionals.

### Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support
- Set sales targets and monitor performance against goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand customer base
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment of sales efforts
- Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review

### Skills:

- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships
- Knowledge of store management principles, including inventory control, merchandising, and pricing strategies
- Familiarity with payroll processes and employee orientation procedures
