Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales. Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Provide product demonstrations and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to effectively sell products or services to customers
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
