We are seeking a full-time Sales Assistant position based in our Springdale, PA headquarters.

Starting wage between $30,000 to $40,000 per year depending on experience

Monday-Friday daylight hours.

Job Duties:

Organize and file bills of lading. Distribute to customers upon request.

Serve as back-up for the reception desk during lunches, breaks, vacations, etc.

Code invoices with the appropriate GL codes for Accounting.

Code expenses on the expense reports submitted by the Sales team.

Prepare sample marketing kits.

Prepare lead sheets for the Sales team, with data collected from subscription source(s) as well as individual research on potential new business leads.

Enter contracts into the ERP/CRM system for large customers.

Check invoices for accuracy and correct as needed with approval. Enter necessary corrections into the ERP/CRM system and issue appropriate credits.

Assist the Marketing Coordinator with event and training preparation as needed.

Provide general customer service support as needed.

Process incoming inventory receivers.

Enter purchase orders, sales orders, and quotes.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

One to two years of prior administrative/customer service experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
