Job Posting: Door to Door Solar Rep (Setters and Closers)

Location: Belleville, IL

Are you an experienced solar sales professional looking for a new market (think - the new California)? Our company is expanding its operations and seeking talented individuals to join our team as door-to-door Solar Representatives. We are currently hiring for both Appointment Setters and Closers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Appointment Setters:

• Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic prospecting efforts.
• Schedule appointments for solar consultations with interested homeowners.
• Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and appointment outcomes.

2. Closers:

• Conduct in-depth solar consultations with homeowners to understand their needs and assess their eligibility.
• Present compelling solar solutions tailored to each homeowner's unique requirements.
• Close sales and facilitate the transition process from consultation to installation.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in the solar industry.
• Familiarity with solar products, services, and financing options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reside in Florida or California and looking to transition from these markets due to increased saturation and legislative changes.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
