Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Realtor to join our dynamic real estate team. As a Licensed Realtor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting prope. Your expertise in the real estate market and strong customer service skills will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Duties:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties for sale or rent
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants and provide detailed information about the features and benefits
- Guide clients through the process of completing real estate transactions, including negotiating offers and preparing contracts
- Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other necessary steps in the closing process
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes in real estate laws and regulations
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure a smooth transaction process

Experience:
- Must hold a valid Real Estate License
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Familiarity with real estate law and regulations
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable

Skills:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong client relationships
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using real estate software and technology tools for listing management and client communication

Pay: $96,912.00 - $113,347.00 per year
