About the role

There is nothing standing in your way of earning a six-figure income if you are highly motivated to learn our systems and have a positive attitude. We are looking for someone with strong communication and negotiation skills, who can think quickly on their feet and is passionate about sales.

You will be responsible for reaching out to existing customers and earning their additional business. As an inside sales representative you will have hourly pay plus commissions.

Engineered Solutions of Georgia is a locally owned and operated foundation repair and basement waterproofing company with extensive experience meeting the unique foundation needs of residents throughout the Atlanta area. Our highly trained and knowledgeable team can inspect the structural integrity of your homes foundation and help you determine the most effective repair method, be it installing foundation piers or wall supports, pressure grouting, or basement waterproofing.

Your Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers who have already requested an estimate and had an outside salesperson visit their property. Your goal will be to persuade these potential customers to move forward with the estimated work through compelling and persuasive telephone communication.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Contact customers who have received estimates but have not yet committed to our services.

Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers over the phone.

Understand customers' needs and concerns, address their questions, and provide relevant information about our services.

Effectively communicate the value and benefits of choosing ESOG for their crawl space repair, waterproofing and structural needs.

Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.

Collaborate with the outside sales team to stay informed about ongoing projects and updates on potential customers.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and confident phone presence.

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus.

Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferable Skills

While not mandatory, the following skills will be considered a significant advantage:

Proven experience in inside sales or telesales roles, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.

Knowledge or interest in crawl space repair and encapsulation and waterproofing is desirable but not required
