Full description of the position

• Minimum 5 years of exp. of Domestic Retail Banking Sales experience.
• Proven business development experience in prospecting, sales and referring to other lines of business.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Experience in the Aventura, North Miami areas and its surrounding markets.
• Good track record maintaining and improving the quality of the deposit portfolio.
• Experience with transactional accounts and treasury management.
• Experience creating and maintaining KYC profiles.
• Basic Credit Training required with the ability to analyze credit documents.
• Good Analytical skills including legal and financial documentation review.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Experience preparing and making presentations.
• Strong follow-up and multi-tasking skill set.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
