Full description of the position

Urban Express, a local transportation company (Charter Buses, event transportation etc.,) is seeking qualified individuals to fill our Dispatcher/Sales position. Must be able to use basic computer programs such as word, excel, and be proficient at sending/receiving emails & answering phones. Training will be provided for our reservation system.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assigns drivers and vehicles for daily schedule, including out of town trips and tours.
• Provides drivers with charter & commuter operations paperwork and any information (itineraries, maps, special instructions) necessary.
• Coordinates with Sales on availability for future work i.e. special requests.
• Coordinates with Maintenance for availability of equipment vs. needs for the next days charters.
• Responsible for reporting employee accidents/incidents injuries, and assisting Safety Driver Trainer with information gathering and processing claims. This also includes customer issues, and motorist complaints.

Pay: $14.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
