Responsibilities of the Pool Sales Specialist:

_Sales Reps will receive 2-3 Pre-Approved Leads daily and receive 25.00 per appointment made, average sale is a 6-700.00 Commission, appointments must be made between 10:30-8:30 seven days a week.

_Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle a must.

_Must have face-to-face professional commission-only Sales experience
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling focused on face-to-face interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential sales strategies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in face-to-face sales, preferably in Pool
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Account management experience is preferred
