Job Description:

Were seeking an experienced business development manager to drive tangible results for our pharmacy. The ideal candidate will implement effective sales strategies to expand our reach, strengthen referral sources, and cultivate client relationships. Additionally, they will explore new business opportunities to boost revenue and differentiate us from competitors.

Objectives of this Role:

Develop and execute a business strategy focusing on growth and customer satisfaction

Maintain positive client relationships

Utilize financial strategies to improve sales

Monitor sales progress to meet corporate goals

Track business-related invoices

Train and develop sales professionals

Responsibilities:

Research industry trends to develop effective sales solutions

Promote our products/services to potential clients

Participate in business meetings to update stakeholders

Provide constructive feedback to the sales team

Review sales contracts to ensure compliance

Interact with clients and address inquiries

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven sales record

Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry

Familiarity with Pharmacy Benefits Managers (PBMs), Medicare, and Medicaid

Strong business and sales knowledge

Excellent project management skills

Clear communication skills

Enthusiasm for our company's growth

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing sales or marketing teams

Negotiation and networking skills

Organizational and problem-solving abilities

Background in business, marketing, or finance

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
