Someone who can proactivaly handle situations & is supportive & accomodating. We need them to be persistent & have strong follow up. We need this person to be nurturing & have empathy, be cosiderate. Someone who wants to build relationships & can make certain decisions of whats best. Someone who sees the big pitcure & is self directed. 1-3 years in industry is preferred and 1-3 years in sales is highly suggested. This positions requires sales calls and follow up calls. Someone who is willing to make an initial contact and builds relationship. Qualities include persistancy, easy going, risk taker, proactive, time blocking, outgoing and organized.

• Spend 70% of time during the week being face to face with prospects
• RE events attendance
• Prospecting calls
• Following up with relationships
• Scheduling and teaching CE classes
• Always prospecting
• Finding creative ways to connect and reach out to bigger audience
• Introducing EOs to prospect
• Responsible for building new relationships and increasing sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
