BDC United is seeking Business Development Representatives to become a valued member of our team! We are an Automotive Dealership focused business. You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients. If you are looking for growth and limitless income please apply. Automotive Dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person with the right energy and motivation.

Details:

• $2,500 base pay for the month plus commission based on appointments scheduled; all commission tiers are $500. First tier is at 400 appointments and then every 100 appointments (i.e. 600 appointments = $1,500 commission, 800 appointments = $2,500, etc.). These appointments do not need to buy or show up but the call cannot be low quality; you must still do everything on each call to push for a good show rate.
• Once a new system is complete within the next 30-60 days we will also pay a bonus on your check for good-phenomenal show rates on the appointments (between 5%-25% bonus on that month's pay (including base and commission)).
• 5 day schedule of 10 hours with 1 hour of breaks each day (8 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 8 PM).
• Off Sundays and an additional day based on coverage. To be clear that doesn't mean it changes weekly. When we hire we have to have the same number of associates off each day for coverage. We can try to accommodate but if we cannot get your preferred day off when hired, we can adjust for it when we hire in the future to eventually get you the 2nd day off you want. Everyone is required to work Mondays.
• Must provide your own headset (Windows 11 computers have issues with Bluetooth and wireless, so please have a wired headset or if you try wireless, please have a wired as a back-up).
• Dress code is business professional. No jeans, t-shirts, beach-wear, shorts or hats. If cold, sweater must be business professional. Men are required to wear dress pants, long-sleeve button-down dress shirts, dress shoes and a suit jacket/blazer (tie is optional). Any style of suit is welcome; can be flashy if you like, or traditional. We like to dress up nice like the car dealership world we work in.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and complete a high volume of outbound/inbound phone calls, exceeding metrics while following word tracks with a detailed, structured process.
• Aggressively call, text and email customers by utilizing company and client CRM software.
• Close and follow-up on appointments.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Fast paced dialing; over 250 calls daily is required minimum but more calls = more opportunity.
• 45 hour week (8 AM to 6 PM or 10 AM to 8 PM options available).

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of sales experience required. CASHIER/CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT SALES! THIS IS ORDER TAKING!
• Previous experience in car dealerships is a plus; however not required.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Great, positive personality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Weekends as needed
