Full Job Description

Sales Representative

Duties:

- Identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
- Present product information to customers and demonstrate how it meets their needs

- Offering clients roofing, siding, windows, doors, and decking.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors

Requirements:

- Strong business development and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel for outside sales meetings and account management

-Cannot have a fear of heights

-Ability to carry a ladder, climb a ladder, and be on a roof

Nice to have but not required:

-Experience in exterior sales

-Experience in the building industry

-Familiarity with Job Progress, Leap, or other CRM software

-Familiarity with software such as WORD and EXCEL
