Our Clinical Community Liaison understands the value of Homecare in keeping Seniors longer in their homes. This role knows how to communicate with passion how much In-home care helps care outcomes, reduces hospital readmissions, and just makes home care recipients happier.

Our Clinical Community Liaison is not afraid to build new relationships, speak knowledgably about Clinical Care, and help members of our community through their customer journey with us.

Duties:

• Identify and develop new referral opportunities (in person/phone/internet)
• Conduct warm calling and outbound calling to potential referral sources to generate leads and establish relationships
• Collaborate with the office team and other sales team members to create effective strategies for business growth
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company
• Attend Living Room Visits (LRV) and other patient contact to bring new clients on board
• Negotiate and finalize contracts

Qualifications/Experience:

• Active RN/LVN license (PREFERRED)
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience in business development or sales in Home Health and related areas
• Excellent persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of the Homecare industry in southern California
• Geography; Long Beach
• Must have valid CA Driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE + Commission
