General Skills:

• Background in employee benefits / insurance is a plus
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment meeting tight deadlines
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task with the ability to quickly shift priorities

Sales Responsibilities Include:

• Develop, manage, and cultivate client relationships
• Assemble, draft, edit, and review reports, customer quotes, and technical documents
• Generate quotes and proposals for prospective accounts
• Participate in special sales projects and assignments

Service Responsibilities Include:

• Build and maintain open enrollment database technology
• Coordinate and track project progress and manage multiple calendars / schedules
• Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Data manipulation using a variety of tools, manipulating raw data into formatted and usable reports. Troubleshoot and correct data related errors and issues.
• Ability to translate technical information into non-technical language
• Provide technical assistance to internal office staff and external sales team

Job Type: Full-time
