Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team as the primary point of contact. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our client and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management.

Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders via web based system. Process the order within our system from receipt to completion.
- Input new orders into production system. Process paperwork for production and shipping departments.
- Answer customer questions via phone and email.
- Review projections and coordinate with production and purchasing.

Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Web based ordering systems.
