Cubework, leader in industrial co- warehousing/coworking. Is looking for an inside sales associate to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets for our Truck Parking Division. You will be responsible for maximizing your sales potential, crafting sales and revenue growth within our commercial and industrial parking lots and trucking terminals. Sales team members will sell daily, monthly, truck, trailer, RV, container parking, cross dock, and storage spread throughout our network.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monday- Friday, 9M- 6PM
• Contacting potential clients via telephone and email
• Outbound cold calling
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintain a detail record of appointments and client interactions
• Providing excellent customer service and representing our company professionally
• Meeting and exceeding daily and weekly appointments setting targets
• General knowledge of the industry
• Operate as the main contact for customers and potential leads.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA Degree preferred, but not required
• Great communication skills
• Sales experience, 2 years minimum
• Customer Service experience, 2 years minimum
• People- person with an upbeat attitude
• Self-motivated and reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
