Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly-motivated Senior Sales Representative to spearhead the expansion of our fertility products into stores, clinics and doctor's offices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth and make a meaningful impact on women's fertility and reproductive health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Ovarium fertility products, including door to door sales visits.
  • Identify and target key accounts, including retail chains, independent stores, and medical practices specializing in fertility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate potential customers on the benefits of Ovarium fertility products.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management on progress towards goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth in the fertility sector.
  • Represent our company at tradeshows, conferences and fairs as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical or fertility products.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell products to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and partners.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of retail and medical distribution channels, particularly in the fertility sector.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
