We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making warm calls to existing customers, This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy communicating with others and are results-driven.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct warm calls to existing customers using provided contact lists
- Introduce and promote a service available to existing clientele.
- Build rapport with customers and establish a positive relationship
- Communicate offer effectively
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to persuade customers to utilize the available program
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
- Meet or exceed monthly targets

Experience:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, or outbound calling is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is desirable
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
