Wireless Masters is looking to grow our market share in the Alabama market with the addition of a Territory Sales Manager. This person would also be responsible for covering part of Louisiana.
The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for building and growing the Alabama territory with their local prepaid wireless dealers while providing education & solutions that drives the customers sales. The TM provides B2B sales, marketing, and promotional support to the distribution channel. We are looking for collaborative team members who thrive in an energetic, creative, innovative and data-driven environment. Successful candidates are motivated to take on responsibility, be accountable and make a difference. The TM will be calling on established but also recruits and develops new prospective dealer to increase activation and SIM, handsets and accessories sales. Many of our dealers are small, locally owned businesses.
The TM supplies all necessary training and education of the full Wireless Masters product portfolio including the TracFones wireless suite of industry leader Simple Mobile and Verizon Prepaid. Wireless Masters is also a distributor of Apple, Samsung, and a variety of other quality handsets. We are an authorized distributor of Baseus accessories.
Territory Managers will track dealers performance and provides all necessary administrative support. Clearly communicates all changes in products, services and procedures in a timely manner. Encourages dealers to take advantage current promotions and incentives through education.
Local travel required 100% of the time. Regional travel may be required based on business needs & growth. Position reports to Regional Manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of Sales/Account management experience
Associates degree or equivalent related work experience
Ability to identify sales leads, challenge customers in a professional manner to overcome objections and offer customer education.
Ability to interact and relate with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds.
Willing to take initiative and be creative
Valid drivers license in good standing
Must have and use own, reliable vehicle for the job. Car allowance is provided.
Complete a criminal background check
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Field /Territory Sales
Knowledge of prepaid wireless industry and target locations
Extensive knowledge of Alabama and surrounding areas or comfortable learning these new areas
