Job Description:

Your role involves nurturing, overseeing, and guiding a team of professionals who engage daily in setting appointments for our sales consultants. This encompasses recruiting, hiring, training, and leading by setting a stellar example. Key performance indicators include cost management while ensuring optimal efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example.
  • Engage in direct sales through door-to-door canvasing.
  • Schedule appointments with customers to discuss their solar proposals.
  • Weekly trainings for new people on your team.
  • Expand your team through active recruitment and utilizing candidates provided by Blue Raven.
  • Provide effective training for the success of your team.
  • Team Management.
  • Develop weekly schedules and hold your team accountable.
  • Establish and achieve performance goals for yourself and your team.
  • Motivate your team through meetings and group chats.
  • Participate in incentives and sales tournaments.
